I'm back from band camp!! It was super hectic, super tiring but super fun! Combines in acjc and combines in acsi. Freezing in the room at night and in the acsi cpa. Squashing shu huey and jasmine in my sleep. Running in the rain with jasmine, shu huey, zhi wen and kristen. The downs when we got demoralised about our playing, the ups when the music fell nicely into place. The night games where we triggered off the school alarm and got the most freaked out bout that. Ms Sng said that we triggered it of when touching oldham's i forgot what. The many crappy and scary night games stations. Then my group gave the crappiest answer to the murder where everyone turned out to be schizo. The special times everyone spent together making music and playing games or simply talking. So unforgettable. =)

Bio olympiad is a horror. Its like mini mental marathon although i don't think some ppl wld think so. There are 4 parts, A, B, C and D and you do A and B first in 1hr 45min then you are given 30min break before you do C and D. Effectively you do 200 questions in 3hr 30min. Which is 1.05min per qn, each qn 5 options. Your mind just doesn't stop working. Although in the middle of the olympiad i was thinking of old chang kee sotong balls. By the time the thing ended my brain went from tofu to tao hui, i was mentally exhausted and i had a slight headache. So my stonning syndrome got worse. But its really quite cool, you see ppl from all the other JCs. Went back to sch to get my flute coz i told shu huey the wrong thing and she got the wrong flute. We didn't feel like going home so we had dinner with the band members. Dr Lee treated us to "zi cha" (i dunno what i'm typing) The xo fish soup was super nice and strong, some of my friends turned red. haha
Yay bio olympiad is over! GOODBYE campbell! (at least for now) i pulled a face at the book when i got home. Anyway, i heard that the international olympiad is worse.. its 400 qns in 4hrs that gives you 36sec a qn.. real mental marathon. If i get into the next round it will truely be by God's grace.

I spent the whole day cramming bio today. Congragulate me! Me and Shu huey were so bored with campbell that we got super amused about turtles breathing through their asses. And we started laughing at the pictures of the scientists. Quite disrespectful.. We needed to derive some thrill out of studying that 3kg book. Sigh.. if only campbell was like its other "counterpart" i could just drink it all up. So much for last minute studying. Bio olympiad? Just whack!

Today was very fun! I went with jing and kc to 2 runway shows and shopped! After the horrible chi paper we ponned results slip collection and went to kc's house. Then we went to expo to watch the run way show. It was rather exclusive as we needed invitaitons to get in and thanks to jing and her bro we got 3 invitations. The man at the counter was like "you all are students?" then he raised an eyebrow. haha.. we were the only people in sch u coz everyone there were designers so we got quite alot of stares. The models are very pretty and super tall! and the runway show was super nice and cool! Then we went cityhall to shop and we stayed for the runway show at 7 but we left half way coz we couldn't stand it and it was getting late. The last straw was when we saw this male model walk out and we mistook him for a girl. Me and kc were stunned then we burst out laughing. He was wearing this really low red v-neck shirt and tight fitting berms and he had long blonde hair. Seriously we almost died! Oh! we ran into cheng and letitia! I haven't seen letitia for ages! I almost couldn't recognise her. But its really great to run into an old friend again. =)
